Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Provisions
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made in the online store operated by Pronoto OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) and governs cancellations, refunds, and delivery of digital goods via Steam Trade.
The online store only provides digital goods via Steam Trade. No physical shipment is made.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 You may cancel your order before the Steam trade offer is sent.
2.2 Once the trade offer has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible, except as provided by applicable EU law.
2.3 To cancel your order before the trade, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
3. Delivery via Steam Trade
3.1 All products are delivered exclusively via Steam Trade to the Steam account used to log into the online store.
3.2 Login to the online store is performed solely via Steam authorization, and delivery will be made to the same Steam account.
3.3 The Buyer is responsible for:

Ensuring that their Steam account can accept trade offers (no trade bans, Steam Guard restrictions, etc.);

Accepting the trade offer within 7 calendar days of its issuance.
3.4 If the trade offer is declined or expires due to the Buyer's actions, no refund will be provided.
3.5 We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to:

Trade bans on the Buyer’s Steam account;

Steam Guard restrictions;
-
Incorrect privacy or trade settings on the Buyer’s Steam account.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:

The Seller cannot send the trade offer due to technical issues;

The product does not match its description or is defective;
-
A refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
Any fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Loss of Right to Cancel
The Buyer agrees that once a trade offer has been sent and successfully completed via Steam, delivery is considered finalized, and the right to cancel is waived, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including outages or service disruptions on the Steam platform or third-party services.
